As of October 1, 2019, all Brazilian citizens must request an eTA to visit New Zealand

What are the conditions of nz eta?

​

• The electronic travel authorization will be valid for 2 years;

• There will be a new Conservation and Tourism fee charged at the time of application of the ETA, which will also be mandatory and will cost NZD $ 35.00;

• Fees must be paid by international credit card;

• The applicant will be allowed multiple entries, but each entry will be valid for a maximum of 3 months for Brazilians. Each applicant, within a period of 12 months, can only stay a maximum of 6 months;

• Upon check-in, you must present a New Zealand departure ticket;

• You must have at least NZ $ 1,000 for each month of your stay, or if you have already paid for accommodation, NZ $ 400 for each month of your stay. You may be asked to provide evidence that you will have access to your funds when you check-in, or you may ask when you arrive in New Zealand;

• If you are pregnant, there are additional requirements.

ATTENTION: This electronic travel authorization is used to visit or transit through New Zealand.

Most candidates will have eTA approved in minutes. However, some requests may take days to be processed and supporting documents may be requested. To avoid delays on your trip, it is best to obtain an eTA before booking your flight to New Zealand.
